Are the stones certified?
Yes, all of them. Every diamond and stone on the site is accompanied by a certificate issued by an independent gemological laboratory — GIA, HRD, or IGI, the three most authoritative in the world. You can find the certificate directly on each stone's product page, available for review before purchase.
Do you deal in lab-grown diamonds?
No. We deal exclusively in natural diamonds. It is a choice: our job is to select what nature has made rare, and it is upon this that a stone builds its value over time.
What are Fancy Diamonds?
They are natural-colored diamonds: yellow, pink, champagne, blue. They represent a tiny fraction of all diamonds mined, and the rarest among them are some of the most sought-after stones in the world. You can find them in the Fancy Diamonds section.
How does an order work? Are the stones immediately available?
Order directly from the website: each stone has its own product page with price and certificate. At the time of purchase, the stone is reserved for you and arrives at our offices, where we examine it in person before shipping it.
Including verification and shipping, you will usually receive the stone within a maximum of 10-12 business days.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, and major digital wallets. For large amounts, bank transfers can be arranged.
Why is the price not indicated on some items?

How do you ship? Is the shipment insured?
Every shipment is sent via a courier specialized in valuables, insured for its full value, and trackable from pickup to delivery. You will receive the tracking code as soon as the package departs, and a signature is required upon delivery.
Can I return a purchase?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, provided that the stone has not been mounted, worn, or damaged and is returned with its certificate. Return shipping costs are at your expense, using insured shipping.
What guarantees do I have after the purchase?
Each stone is guaranteed by its independent gemological certificate, which attests to its authenticity and characteristics. For private purchases, the legal guarantee of conformity provided by law also applies. And beyond the formal guarantees, there is us: for maintenance, a setting, or any questions. Even years later.

How does the valuation of my jewelry work?
Bring the piece to our offices in Milan, we will examine it together, and you will receive a professional valuation. The service costs €48.50, which we will refund if you decide to sell.
